We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance & Analytics Manager to join our team. In This Role, You Will:
- Utilize data analytics to evaluate employee effectiveness, growth, and satisfaction, and provide impactful, data-driven insights
- Collaborate with various department leaders to build tailored onboarding and continuous learning plans for employees
- Design, lead, and/or source talent development initiatives including leadership development and skill-building programs
- Leverage customer data and analytics for key strategic accounts to generate insights into customer behavior, preferences, and feedback
- Develop training and certification programs for both customers and partners to support product adoption
- Lead cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing both employee and customer satisfaction and retention
What You'll Need to Be Successful:
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university, with a focus on business administration, analytics, statistics, or similar. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred
- 4+ years of work experience in management consulting, talent development, business analytics, or strategy and operations
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, Domo)
- Experience or deep interest in working with AI/ML, NLP, or knowledge management technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders (including executive-level stakeholders)
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Outstanding team player with the ability to coordinate people and activities across multiple functional areas
