At World View, we strive to be a responsible technology leader in the collection, analysis, and delivery of actionable information gathered by our strategically placed arrays of persistent sensors in the stratosphere.

We provide on-demand, scheduled, and historical aerial data and analytics from sensors deployed to the stratosphere with persistent coverage, higher resolution, and increased value over traditional aerial and space imagery sources.

The Senior Program Manager will be a strategic player in the management of commercial and government customer contracts and programs. They will work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders and subcontractors, as well as be a key liaison to the program customer.

· End-to-end program management from proposal to end of contract execution

· Experience with DOD contracts and government systems

· Maintain relationships with internal and external customers, clients, and subcontractors

· Day to day management and oversight including continuous project analysis and monitoring, as well as schedule, cost, and performance milestones

· Ensure effective coordination and communication between cross functional teams, stakeholders, and customers

· Provide regular updates to all parties and cross functional teams including cost and progress metrics as well as key deliverables

· Create and maintain project schedule

· Design and execute resource plans including budgets, ramp schedules, and staffing allocations

· Manage all project SOP’s and deliverables.

· Drive programs to completion within established timelines and budgets

· 7+ years experience in end-to-end project management (proposal through project execution and close-out)

· Program Management experience with government and defense projects

· Demonstrated program revenue growth and business development support

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and undefined environments

· Strong communication and presentation skills to communicate and provide systems diagnoses and resolution for current systems

· Ability to respect and maintain confidential, private, and sensitive information

· Proven track record of excellence in PM roles

· Ability to provide assessment of technical deliverables; resolves technical and resource issues

· Able to effectively utilize Microsoft products (Project, Excel, Word) for program management

· Ability for up to 30-40% travel to Tucson office as well as customer site/launch sites

· Experience in Aerospace or Vehicle Automation

· Ability to interact and conduct business activities cross culturally

· Prior experience working with international governments and defense agencies

· Project Management certification such as PMP

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project, experience with Jira and other software

· Experience implementing PM excellence processes and systems

· Security clearance
