Director, Partner Success
The Partner Success Lead at Wagmo will lead the partner success function into the future, building deep relationships with our B2B partners for long term success. This role is hybrid, 2 days a week in our NYC office.
There are now more households with pets than children, and Wagmo is here to make the pet parenting journey that much easier. We built an innovative, first-of-its-kind product, a diverse and ambitious team, and have seen enormous growth in both our wellness and insurance offerings. Now we’re looking for a scrappy, super smart partner success leader to ensure our partner journey is one that creates lifelong fans!
Develop and execute an implementation and onboarding process for enterprise clients
Establish and execute a playbook to drive strong levels of employee engagement and utilization of Wagmo products post-sale
Establishing long lasting relationships with enterprise partners to support renewals and additional revenue opportunities
Develop and strengthen the overall partner success function, which is focused on point of sale through onboarding, ongoing engagement, renewals and upsell opportunities to grow the relationship.
Own the ongoing relationship with our partners, providing a best-in-class account management experience.
You will develop and lead Wagmo training sessions and education to partners, their sales teams and brokers, employers and their employees to help achieve enrollment and retention goals.
Be our partners’ internal advocate, creating a feedback process in our organization focused on enhancing the partner experience and current and new product offerings
Create and execute on hiring plan to build out B2B Account Management Team
What You'll Need to be Successful
Experience in a high-growth startup environment
6 - 8 years of partnership experience with a successful track record of driving retention and product adoption. Experience in the employee benefits vertical a plus.
Strong attention to detail and incredible communication skills, both verbal and written
A love for talking to customers and building relationships that are mutually beneficial
You are outgoing, organized, and analytical. You love to put processes around things and can manage many complex relationships and projects simultaneously
You are a problem-solver with excellent time management skills, who can provide equal attention to a wide range of client needs and build lasting client relationships
You are a self-motivated and driven team player who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.
You have a playbook but also know how to adjust your playbook on the environment
Comfortable in a dynamic start-up environment and focused on constant improvement

- Pay Range: 120,000 - $150,000 base
