We work with American communities to design, finance, and construct open access fiber-optic networks. These networks are critical to secure internet access that’s fast, affordable, and fair. As open access networks, this infrastructure is also the essential foundation for distributed healthcare services, new wireless solutions, and resilient infrastructure including modernized water systems and responsible energy creation. Our first two projects are in Colorado Springs and Fountain, Colorado.
About this Position
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Inside Sales Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join our high-growth sales department. Your core focus will be expanding our client base by managing incoming requests and conducting focused outreach. The ideal candidate possesses a professional attitude, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is highly motivated by structured, performance-based quotas.
This full-time commitment requires a 40-hour weekly schedule, including shifts during evenings and weekends.

What you'd be doing:
- Efficiently qualifying and close incoming inquiries
- Undertake strategic outreach to potential new clients and to upsell current clients
- Surpass established weekly and monthly quotas by adhering to a detailed performance framework and meeting specific metric goals.
- Embody a collaborative spirit by providing essential support to the Client Service team during peak periods to maintain our standard of excellence.
- Represent the brand as a primary ambassador, ensuring every interaction is characterized by a sophisticated, upbeat, and compassionate approach.
- Maintain meticulous records within the CRM, documenting all communication, vital account details, and the evolution of the opportunity funnel.
Experience we require:
- 1- 3 years of established success within inside sales, proactive outbound calling, or a comparable revenue-generating capacity.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, both spoken and written, with a natural aptitude for fostering immediate connection and trust during telephone engagements.
- High levels of persistence and flexibility to manage significant outreach volumes, address client concerns effectively, and pivot to support client services during peak demand.
- Digital fluency with CRM platforms, billing environments, cloud-based telephony, and collaborative productivity suites, including HubSpot, Google Workspace, and specialized industry tools.
- A refined professional outlook characterized by self-direction, openness to feedback, and the ability to excel within a metrics-heavy, results-oriented environment.

- Experience selling for an Internet Service Provider or other B2C technology/service
