We're looking for a Program Manager who will be responsible for the cross-functional planning and execution of new assay launches within our Genomics business, managing cross-functional work streams, setting documentation standards, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Opportunity to lead operational excellence within a large cross-functional team
  • Contribute to the development and launch of a portfolio of projects, including new laboratory developed tests (LDTs), medical devices and operational workflows
  • Manage cross-functional work streams within projects, advocating for necessary resources, solving problems and escalating risks, and ensuring the development and execution of the product development plan.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders across a variety of disciplines (ie. R&D, Clinical Lab, Medical Affairs, Product, Operations, Customer Success, Marketing), ensuring dependencies and risks are articulated and all teams have access to required information.
  • Drive alignment on metrics of success and measurable project objectives defined by the business leadership
  • Other duties as assigned

Project Management Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the project, including managing cross-team meetings, agendas, project plans and retrospectives.
  • Identify critical project delays and co-develop decision documents and risk documentation to drive timely decision-making with the right stakeholders.
  • Drive accountability across stakeholders/workstream leads for project deliverables
  • Maintain documentation of process and feature level requirements to prevent re-litigation, ensuring relevant stakeholders sign off on new requests or changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare administration, Business Administration).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management and a track record of exceeding KPIs
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain multiple projects at the same time
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects with demonstrated ability to distill complex issues and translate them into concrete action plans
  • Autonomous decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with quality management systems and regulatory requirements preferred
