We are looking for a talented and passionate individual who will support key partnerships in our Multiomics business.

In this role you will

  • Support the pre-sales process by ensuring contracts properly account for operational considerations.
  • Lead the new client on-boarding, including building kick-off materials.
  • Ensure projects are executed to desired specifications, which requires an in-depth understanding of our laboratory workflows.
  • Act as the connective tissue between clients and the business, regularly talking to clients about project updates, issues, etc.
  • Work as a collaborative team member by partnering with Business Development, Data Management, Finance, Lab, and others.
  • Create deliverables & report cards for partnership metrics & updates.
  • Maintain the source of truth and status of projects using tools like Salesforce & JIRA to provide cross-functional transparency.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing and sales enablement collateral.
  • Identify areas of process improvement and present potential solutions.
  • Prepare, QA, and provision access for data prior to client delivery.

An ideal candidate also:

  • Has interaction with current customers who would rave about you.
  • Has an understanding of the diagnostics industry and / or laboratory workflows.
  • Has worked in the Healthcare industry, in an Operating or Commercial capacity.
