We are looking for a Process Manager who will work with our internal lab, operations, and customer success teams, as well as with equivalent teams at external reference labs.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the clinical operations team in launching and scaling new test offerings and new workflow patterns, in partnership with external reference laboratories.
  • Manage and track work across multiple lab, technology, and operational systems to ensure deliverables are met on time and with exceptional accuracy.
  • Independently identify and execute on changes to improve workflow processes
  • Perform critical quality control functions in the order creation and reporting workflows to ensure timely results delivery for individual patients.
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to scope and prioritize software enhancements in support of internal operations and test delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional lab, customer success, commercial, and scientific teams as well as external reference lab teams
  • Manage KPIs for assigned segment of the reference labs operations
  • Report project statuses, quality metrics, and general feedback to team leadership.
  • Support ongoing and future projects within the clinical operations team.
  • Role may include direct people-management responsibilities
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Healthcare Administration, Business, or Communications (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years experience managing cross-functional projects
  • Experience with Protected Health Information (PHI)
  • Experience working as part of a larger team to drive initiatives at scale
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving high personal standards of performance
  • Detailed understanding of entire MS Office Suite and G-Suite applications
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and integrating new forms of technology with a steep ramp-up period
