TemperPack is a rapidly growing company based in Richmond, Virginia and with locations in Las Vegas Nevada, and Holt Michigan. We design and manufacture innovative, sustainable packaging components for cold-chain shipping of food and pharmaceutical products. The markets we serve have an urgent need for disruptive, sustainable alternatives to replace the wide array of non-sustainable packaging materials conventionally used in the cold chain such as Styrofoam coolers. Job Title: Janitor

Supervisor’s Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Holt, MI

Location: 2325 Jarco Dr, Holt, MI 48842

Shift Available: Monday-Friday 6:30am-2:30pm and Sunday-Thursday 10:30pm-6:30am.

Summary: Responsible for the cleanliness of building, both in the warehouse/production area, as well as the office.

Education:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in a janitorial role is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is also preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Be on your feet for 10-12 hours
• Able to lift 40 pounds unassisted.
• Able to reach, bend, kneel and climb while performing repetitive tasks
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments
• Able to correctly wear PPE for entire shifts
• Able to react and respond quickly to noises, smells, visual hazards, and alerts
