Play a pivotal role in the growth of our social media presence in various channels. Responsible for leading the development of compelling social media content. Entrusted with crafting captivating content for our social media channels. Through our social media foster meaningful connections with our audience. Sculpting our social media identity that aligns with our brand and company goalsLeveraging trends, and thinking beyond conventions to generate impactful, viral-worthy content.

What You’ll do?

  • Devise and execute engaging content strategies tailored for TikTok and YouTube.
  • Manage daily interactions and engagements across social media platforms.
  • Drive growth through follower acquisition, engagement, and community management.
  • Identify and explore new social media channels and trends to expand our online presence.
  • Execute a results-driven social media strategy.
  • Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
  • Attend events and produce live social media content.
  • Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to create a social media calendar.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
  • Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
  • Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.
  • Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role.In-depth knowledge of social media trends and platforms.
  • Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proven experience in developing successful social media campaigns.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail and tone consistency.
  • Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools.
  • Fluent in English
  • Track record of delivering projects and impact in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in the fintech industry or related fields.
  • Demonstrated success in building a brand presence on social media channels.
  • Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML.
  • Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and generate engaging content concepts.
  • Track record of growing social media channels and driving engagement.
