We are seeking a versatile and dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing Assistant for our in-house content creation team. This role requires a blend of creative and technical skills, as you will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of production while also ensuring the quality and consistency of our content across different platforms.

Requirements

Production Assistance:

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of on-location production tasks, including but not limited to set preparation, equipment setup, and logistics with willingness to travel
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operations during filming or recording sessions
  • Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, travel itineraries, organizing files, and managing inventory

Multimedia Support:

  • Assist in the creation and editing of multimedia content, including videos, podcasts, and graphics
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering polished and error-free materials
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving content quality and production processes
  • Be able to create In-House UGC Content Creation (training will be provided)
  • Be able to brainstorm relevant and trendy content ideas for socials

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with various teams, including production, marketing, and creative, to support cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with team members to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration

Community:

  • Be able to complete Affiliate Program Payouts
  • Be able to communicate effectively with customers, KOLs, and demo hosts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Studies, or experience in related fields preferred
  • Prior experience in marketing assistant roles in production, content editing, or similar
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Familiarity with editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools is a plus
  • Proficiency in editing software and multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate with KOLs
  • A creative mindset and a passion for storytelling and content creation
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift weights up to 50LBS
  • Occasional travel up to 25% is required
  • Works in an office environment located in Lake Forest, CA
  • Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and working at a computer
