This role supports one of Stord's most senior leaders and reports to the Chief of Staff. You'll own day-to-day calendar and inbox management, act as a trusted extension of the executive's office, and make sure time and attention go where they matter most. This is not a traditional administrative role. You'll need strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate without a lot of hand-holding.

This is not a traditional administrative role. You'll need strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate without a lot of hand-holding.

What You'll Do

  • Own the executive's calendar: schedule, reschedule, prioritize, and protect time with care and context
  • Manage their inbox, draft responses, triage inbound requests, and surface what needs direct attention
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including prep materials, agendas, and follow-ups
  • Partner with the Chief of Staff to stay aligned on priorities and leadership rhythms
  • Interface with senior leaders, board members, investors, and external partners with professionalism and discretion
  • Track open loops and keep commitments from falling through the cracks
  • Handle sensitive information at all times without exception

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years supporting a C-suite executive, ideally at a high-growth technology or logistics company
  • Proven ability to manage a complex, high-volume calendar across time zones
  • Strong written communication skills -- you can draft in someone else's voice and get it right the first time
  • High judgment: you know when to act and when to ask
  • Comfortable moving fast in an environment where priorities shift
  • Trustworthy with confidential information and organizational dynamics
  • Proactive -- you spot the problem before anyone asks you to solve it

Nice to Have

  • Experience at a pre-IPO or high-growth tech company
  • Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, Claude, and project tracking tools
  • Prior experience working alongside a Chief of Staff function
