The Training Compliance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive training programs to ensure company-wide adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, internal policies, and operational procedures. This role will oversee training initiatives related to FDA, GMP, GDP, HACCP, hazardous materials compliance, Standard Work Instructions (SWIs), Client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and all other processes necessary to operate Stord fulfillment Centers effectively. The role ensures that employees are equipped with the knowledge needed to maintain compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Development & Management:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive training program covering FDA, GMP, GDP, HACCP, hazardous materials, operational SWIs, Client SOPs, and other 3PL-specific requirements.

  • Design, implement, and manage training modules, including onboarding, refresher courses, and role-specific training to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Ensure training materials remain current with regulatory changes, industry best practices, and client-specific requirements.

  • Develop and oversee a system for tracking training completion, competency assessments, and certification renewals.

Regulatory Compliance & Audit Readiness:

  • Ensure training programs align with FDA, GMP, GDP, HACCP, other relevant regulatory requirements, and client and operational standards.

  • Maintain training records and documentation to support regulatory audits, client audits, and internal inspections.

  • Work closely with Quality and Compliance teams to identify training gaps and mitigate compliance risks.

  • Conduct internal training audits to assess program effectiveness and adherence to compliance and operational standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:

  • Partner with department heads, client representatives, and operational leaders to identify training needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with HR and Learning & Development teams to integrate compliance and operational training into broader employee development initiatives.

  • Provide guidance and training to internal trainers, subject matter experts, and managers on compliance-related topics and operational procedures.

Process Improvement & Reporting:

  • Partner with Quality and CIE teams to analyze training effectiveness through performance metrics, feedback, and audit results.

  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing enhancements based on data insights, operational needs, and compliance trends.

  • Prepare reports for leadership on training completion rates, regulatory compliance status, operational readiness, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality, Compliance, Training & Development, Logistics, or 5+ years of experience in training management within a regulated and operationally complex industry (e.g., pharmaceuticals, food, fulfillment, or manufacturing).

  • In-depth knowledge of FDA, GMP, GDP, HACCP, hazardous materials compliance, SWIs, Client SOPs, and 3PL operational standards.

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training tracking software.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to compliance risk management and operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Training & Development (e.g., CPTM, ATD, or equivalent).

  • Experience in a third-party logistics (3PL) or multi-client environment.

  • Familiarity with audit procedures and regulatory inspections.
