The Manager, Operations is a key member of the leadership team that is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations for their team, inclusive of supply chain management. This role will lead, mentor, coach their team to manage order fulfillment ( including inbound and stowing), labor management, inventory accuracy (organizing and picking of finished goods) and material procurement.

This role will also be responsible for using analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, implement, manage and enhance supply chain processes. This role will be responsible for assembling data, making decisions, analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing processes and solutions that support supply chain planning and operations. This role will also work interactively with the business teams as they develop short and long-term growth strategies.

What you'll do

  • Supervise and train all Authentication Center teams to optimize quality and productivity for a high growth environment
  • Establish team member responsibilities to meet the daily business demands and productivity targets
  • Ensure accurate and on-time fulfillment and shipment of all customer orders
  • Develop, implement and maintain standard operating procedures
  • Provide reporting on daily, weekly and monthly key performance metrics
  • Leads weekly meetings with key suppliers to review actual performance, estimate future demand and resolve operational issues
  • Establish and manage an operations budget
  • Work cross-functionally with all departments to identify, develop and execute on process improvements
  • Lead the team in the management of supply chain and finished goods inventory
  • Develops periodic performance reports and distributes them to stakeholders
  • Coordinates delivery schedules and other supply chain / operations activities

About you

  • Preferred degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • More than 7 years of supply chain management, operations or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience required
  • Ability to strategize, manage processes, and execute on key initiatives
  • Ability to build strategic partnerships with other business areas
  • Ability to lead, mentor, motivate and manage a large team, delegate workloads, and maintain alignment between daily operations and overall strategic direction
  • Advanced subject matter knowledge in warehouse operations
  • Confident in making independent decisions and owning the outcomes
  • Ability to manage large workloads and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication, and the ability to build trust and consensus amongst a team
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate team members and team leaders/managers
  • Ability to strategize, manage processes, and execute on key initiatives
  • Ability to build strategic partnerships with other business areas
  • Ability to manage a large team, delegate workloads, and maintain alignment between daily operations and overall strategic direction
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication, and the ability to build trust and consensus amongst a team

Nice to have skills

  • Lean/Six Sigma/ continuous improvement experience a plus
Pursuant to the various pay transparency laws/acts, the base salary range is $76,000- $90,000 plus opportunities for benefits (e.g., medical, dental), equity and discretionary bonuses. Compensation is dependent on geography and may vary
