Job Description

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Manage daily IT hardware and software requests and issue Purchase Orders as needed
  • Work with email aliases/ticket systems answering a high volume of messages and global requests
  • Discover suppliers, initiate business partnerships and maintain these relationships
  • Negotiate with external vendors
  • Support the preparation/negotiation of contracts and tender management
  • Process the ordering of necessary goods and services
  • Continuously monitor and improve the quality of service provided
  • Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
  • Support the examination of existing contracts
  • Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders/teams
  • Keep up to date with trends and innovations
  • Track costs to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
  • Support ad-hoc reporting needs
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


YOUR PROFILE:

  • Undergraduate in Business, Accounting or Finance is required
  • Proven working experience in IT environments
  • Previous experience in a similar role in procurement is required
  • First experience in preparing and negotiating contracts
  • Good Knowledge and interest of the IT market players/suppliers/internet lines
  • Interest in negotiations and networking
  • Strong stakeholder management working across international locations
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with MS Dynamics, other systems e.g. Service Now, JIRA or confluence are desirable.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), other languages are considered as a plus.

Additional Information

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
