As an Pre-Sales Engineer, you will report to the VP, Sales and will be selling to both Enterprises and SMB customers. Your responsibilities include the following:

  • You will be trusted advisor to Head of Engineering and QA Managers throughout the sales cycle showing how Sofy can address their needs.
  • You will partner with Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle to close that result in strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • You will prototype solutions to customer problems and communicate product gaps, product issues and insights to product and engineering teams.
  • You will manage customer POCs during sales cycle to close on the deals
  • You will ensure customer satisfaction, product adoption and renewal
  • Building scalable and repeatable sales playbook to create efficiencies that will shorten sales cycle without impacting customer satisfaction.
  • You are a good team player working closely with Sales Engineers, Marketing, Customer Success teams.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • 5 years of hands-on QA experience
  • 2 Years of working experience and technical understanding of DevOps
  • 2 Years experience in client facing technical role in sales engineering or technical account management Is desired
  • You can lead technical sales conversation with Engineering leaders
  • Understanding of Mobile development is highly desired
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • You’re as much strategic as much as someone who has maniacal focus on execution to get the job done
  • · A solid communicator, who knows how to navigate the complexities of working with a remote team
