With an estimated 5 million farmers and over 5,000 distributors globally, Smartwyre works across the agricultural supply chain, from large corporations to local farms. Presently, we work from the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, and South America.
We are building a B2B SaaS platform to network together the commercial operations of the companies that supply the world’s farmers with seeds, fertilizer, chemicals, and services, with their target markets being the United States, Europe, and Latin America. We aim to first offer SaaS applications to solve key commercial pain points (pricing, costing, quoting), then network these companies using a common data platform (transactional data exchange, product information publication, people networking, and user analytics), and finally empower the network to facilitate new business model amongst network participants.
About The Role
As Revenue Operations Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in optimizing Smartwyre’s go-to-market engine. You will be the analytical backbone connecting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance—ensuring data accuracy, operational alignment, and predictable growth. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role blends strategic analysis, system design, and process optimization, helping leadership make informed decisions and drive scalable revenue performance as we expand globally.

About The Role

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role blends strategic analysis, system design, and process optimization, helping leadership make informed decisions and drive scalable revenue performance as we expand globally.
What You'll Do
- GTM Analytics & Insights
- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for pipeline, bookings, renewals, churn, and ARR growth.
- Partner with Finance to reconcile bookings vs. ARR vs. revenue recognition metrics.
- Conduct cohort and funnel analyses to identify growth levers and performance bottlenecks.
- Support forecasting cycles with scenario modeling and variance reporting.
- Process Optimization & Enablement
- Map and continuously improve lead-to-cash workflows across Salesforce, HubSpot, and customer success systems.
- Support annual/quarterly planning (territory design, quota setting, capacity modeling).
- Drive opportunity hygiene and forecasting rigor in partnership with Sales and CS leadership.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Ops on renewal forecasting and expansion tracking.
- Systems & Data Management
- Serve as a power user and data steward for Smartwyre’s RevOps tech stack (Salesforce, Clari, Salesloft, HubSpot, Gong).
- Ensure cross-system data accuracy and integration between GTM and financial platforms.
- Design automation and workflows that improve efficiency and data integrity.
- Partner with internal Business Applications resources or external partners on enhancements.
- Strategic Decision Support
- Deliver actionable insights for GTM leadership and board-level reporting.
- Support pricing and packaging analysis, campaign ROI, and go-to-market experiments.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Finance to align on revenue goals and growth KPIs.
- 5 - 8 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics roles at B2B SaaS companies.
- Deep experience with Salesforce CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar.
- Understanding of key SaaS metrics - ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, pipeline coverage, churn, and renewal performance.
- Proven ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into clear business recommendations.
- Experience supporting multi-stage sales motions (inbound, outbound, renewal, expansion).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field; MBA or certification in RevOps or Data Analytics is a plus.
