About The Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be a key member of our Customer Success team, working directly with our largest Smartwyre customers, delivering a great customer experience, and ensuring they get maximum value from their investment in Smartwyre.
You’ll leverage your experience managing complex customer engagements to help our customers achieve their business goals.
As a customer success expert, you’ll help us continue to grow by utilizing your commercial experience to drive strong customer retention and growth rates. You will use your passion for customer advocacy to provide continuous feedback to our Product, Engineering, and Professional Services teams so we can better serve our customers.
Your Responsibilities
You will be an experienced customer success professional. You will be a strong communicator and relationship builder and your passion for world class customer experience will be at the heart of everything you do.
You will have experience in the technology sector preferably SaaS and be confident in supporting customers with solving their complex needs and driving success through technology.
Ideally we would love to find someone who has worked within the Agriculture industry however it is not essential. Also hands on experience with ERP business data such as transactions, item master would be great.
You will have a natural ability to prioritize and manage time effectively – prioritizing key tasks that make the most impact.

- Business growth: drive continued revenue growth by managing successful customer renewal events and identifying growth opportunities
- Strategic thinking: think creatively to identify new ways our customers can drive value from our software
