Qualifications- Licensed in Property & Casualty (required).- Proven track record in phone-based sales (insurance or financial services preferred).- Thrives in fast-paced, quota-driven environments.- Bilingual (Spanish/English) with excellent verbal persuasion skills.- Comfortable working independently, coachable, and hungry to grow.- Tech-savvy — quick to learn new systems (HubSpot, dialers, CRMs).
