Role Description

This full-time, remote position as a Bilingual Executive Assistant involves providing high-level executive support. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing expense reports, and ensuring clear and effective communication on behalf of the executive team. The role may also entail handling administrative assistance tasks and supporting various operational activities to ensure efficiency within the organization.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance tasks
  • Experience with creating and managing Expense Reports
  • Strong Executive Support background, including calendar management and coordination of meetings
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Ability to work proactively and remotely with minimal supervision
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus
  • Experience in the insurance or technology industry is an advantage
