Senior LiveOps Producer – Monopoly GO!

Location: Hybrid Sevilla, Spain | Hybrid Barcelona, Spain

About Monopoly GO!

Monopoly GO! is one of the world’s top mobile games and a category-defining casual experience reaching millions of daily players. Our LiveOps team drives the heartbeat of the game—delivering a constant stream of engaging events, features, and updates that keep players excited every single day.

We’re looking for a Senior Live Ops Producer who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and can orchestrate the complex machinery behind a globally scaled live service game.

About the Role

As a Senior LiveOps Producer on Monopoly GO!, you will guide the operational execution of the game’s daily, weekly, and long-term live programming. You’ll coordinate high-velocity content pipelines, manage intricate dependency chains across multiple cross-functional teams, and ensure that releases land smoothly, reliably, and with maximum player impact.

This role is perfect for someone who has 5+ years in LiveOps, deep JIRA expertise, strong incident and change request management experience, and the desire to help shape the industry’s leading live service machine.

Responsibilities

  • Live Operations Leadership

  • Own the end-to-end operational cadence of Monopoly GO!’s high-frequency live events, features, and content drops.
  • Manage the live calendar and guide event readiness, ensuring all components (content, configurations, tech, QA, approvals) align for successful launches.
  • Partner closely with Product, Game Design, Engineering, Economy, Art, QA, and Analytics to deliver high-quality updates that drive player engagement and revenue.
  • Dependency Chain Management

  • Build, maintain, and communicate complex dependency chains that connect teams, tasks, tools, and systems across the live pipeline.
  • Ensure upstream and downstream partners have clarity on timelines, risks, blockers, and requirements.
  • Proactively identify gaps, conflicts, or delays and drive cross-team solutions before they impact delivery.
  • Workflow, JIRA, & Release Coordination

  • Own and optimize JIRA workflows to track content, incidents, testing, approvals, and live operations tasks.
  • Ensure all work is properly scoped, documented, assigned, and executed on schedule.
  • Support change request processes, including requirement gathering, risk assessment, scheduling, and communication.
  • Incident & Risk Management

  • Collaborate and help to drive incident response for Monopoly GO!, from real-time triage to coordination across engineering, product, support, and communication teams.
  • Facilitate detailed postmortems, root-cause analysis, and operational improvements to reduce future risk.
  • Maintain transparency with stakeholders through proactive reporting on stability, risks, and recovery plans.
  • Operational Excellence

  • Evaluate and refine processes to support Monopoly GO!’s extremely fast-paced content cadence.
  • Champion quality, reliability, and predictability across all live operations workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to automate or streamline key parts of the pipeline.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of live operations or production experience supporting a live service game or similar digital product.
  • Advanced-level JIRA skills, including workflow creation, dashboards, filters, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong background in incident management, including triage, communication, and post-incident analysis.
  • Experience managing change requests, release pipelines, and multi-team delivery. Proven ability to manage high-volume content pipelines with tight timelines. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Demonstrated success coordinating complex dependency chains across multiple teams. Passion for live service games and continuous improvement, with a strong player-first mindset.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with Airtable, including building views, workflows, or integrations for live content pipelines.
  • Knowledge of service reliability or alerting tools (e.g., Datadog, PagerDuty, Opsgenie).
  • Experience working on mobile F2P games, ideally at significant scale.
  • Familiarity with SQL, dashboards, or real-time analytics.
  • Experience working with distributed or global teams.
