We seek a Head of Customer Success to play a crucial role in our company's growth. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring we implement our solutions successfully and drive revenue growth. You will establish strong relationships with partners and channels, understand customer needs, identify upsell opportunities, manage existing projects, and ensure smooth implementation cycles. As problem-solving and goal-oriented experts, you will collaborate closely with our marketing and business development teams to increase sales.
As a Head of Customer Success at Raincoat, you will lead the development of new solutions that address the insurance industry's most challenging problems. You will articulate and execute a vision for solving customer issues, working closely with our engineering team to bring that vision to life. Your ability to engage with government officials, senior executives, and front-line workers will be critical in our markets.

Day to day
- Own and design the overall customer success strategy, including onboarding, retention, and growth.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at our partner organizations, including government agencies, financial institutions, and insurance companies.
- Monitor customer usage and engagement and identify opportunities for upsell and expansion.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce implementation cycle times and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage each current project, working closely with Raincoat teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to ensure customer success and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and deliver regular reports to management on customer success metrics and revenue growth.
What we value
- At least five years of experience in customer success or business roles in technology companies, preferably startups in the B2B2C space.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Experience dealing with complex organizations, particularly government agencies, financial institutions, and insurance companies.
- Direct or indirect experience with the insurance industry is a plus.
