\nPlace Exchange is seeking a Partnerships Manager to help cultivate relationships with our premium DSP partners by acting as a strategic advisor to our partners. You will use your knowledge and deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem to identify growth opportunities that drive incremental revenue and product advancement to our partners. You will use your expert communication and time management skills to resolve any client issues, communicate platform updates, and successfully manage their partnership growth expectations.

Responsibilities
\n\n\n
Develop a deep knowledge of our product, capabilities and differentiators and exhibit an ability to influence client technical investments that drive positive business outcomes. Quickly grasp & learn new technical subjects and be able to explain them to others
\n\n\n\n
Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders across the DSP spanning technical, operational and inventory teams. Use business acumen to understand the clients' needs, to build trust and confidence with clients, and to influence key stakeholders
\n\n\n\n
Evaluate existing partner lifecycle management processes and help devise and implement new ones, supporting the lifecycle of partner relationships from sourcing to implementation to sales enablement and execution
\n\n\n\n
Proactively lead account planning to align partner KPIs, expansion opportunities, relationship mapping, and effective action plans to best service the partner’s needs. Coordinate global account discussions and strategy.
\n\n\n\n
Lead the development of portfolio-specific goals based on the company’s vision and values. Deliver against those goals acting as the business manager responsible for setting timelines, managing stakeholders and independently driving initiatives forward.
\n\n\n\n
Work with partner solutions team to generate meaningful and actionable performance tracking dashboards. Establish regular business performance reviews and identify growth opportunities based on trends found within the data
\n\n\n\n
Work with Marketing to develop partner messaging, sales tools, and supporting collateral for partner offering. Lead the training and development of operational and account management teams within the DSP.
\n\n\n\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and enhance product capabilities to improve and streamline user experience
\n\n\n\n
Work closely with supply partnerships team to gather and disseminate publisher updates, such as new inventory availability, access to special inventory opportunities, etc
\n\n\n\n
Maintain internal collateral and documentation for training and education of PX cross functional teams.
\n\nWhat you’ll bring:
\n\n4+ years of experience in the programmatic media space (buy-side or sell-side)
\nPrevious experience working in an account management, programmatic analyst, technical account management or partner relationships type role
\nExtensive familiarity with the ad tech ecosystem and key trends
\nExperience working with demand-side platforms (DSP), programmatic trading desks, supply-side platforms (SSP), ad servers, and data management platforms (DMPs). Experience working with web languages/standards such as HTML, JSON, VAST, REST APIs a major plus.
\nProven track record of success driving revenue and new business development
\nStrong analytical base with experience with various business intelligence or reporting tools such as Looker/Tableau. Experience with SQL/Python languages and data visualization development is a major plus.
\nStrong oral and written communication skills to effectively present technical products to non-technical customers, and negotiate deals
\nYou have a natural curiosity of how things work and can quickly learn new technologies and tools
\nYou enjoy collaborating with people to get work done, but know when to take ownership of a task

Compensation:
\n\n
For those based in New York City, the expected compensation for this role at time of hire is a salary range of $125,000-$135,000, plus bonus (based on level and performance), and stock options. Exact compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate’s experience and skills relative to internal peers as well as market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position and the location of the candidate. A candidate’s compensation will be based on the role and level they are hired for, which may be different than the role they applied for.
