Ox is seeking a Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the field of artificial intelligence, with a focus on developing and implementing AI and machine learning models in real-world applications across enterprise supply chain and retail environments.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Intelligence team to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and machine learning models that improve the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of our products and services.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and prioritize business problems that can be solved using AI/ML techniques.
- Develop and implement AI/ML algorithms and models, including neural networks, tree search, and clustering algorithms, using programming languages such as Python
- Optimize and fine-tune AI/ML models for maximum accuracy, performance, and scalability.
- Develop and implement data preprocessing and cleaning techniques to ensure high-quality input data for AI/ML models.
- Work with the Infrastructure team to design and implement the necessary technical infrastructure to support AI/ML models, including data pipelines, storage systems, and processing frameworks.
- Evaluate and recommend AI/ML frameworks, libraries, and tools that can improve the efficiency and accuracy of our AI/ML models.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in AI/ML research and technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in real-world applications.
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms, including neural networks, decision trees, and clustering.
- Experience with data preprocessing and cleaning techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in leading and mentoring junior team members is a plus.
