About the Role:

We’re launching a number of new video content series. We’re looking for a specialist who can not only design and set up our studio space but also help us capture content on the go. This means you’ll be just as comfortable helping us shoot interviews in a controlled studio environment as you are filming on location, whether that’s on the streets of Oahu or traveling to meet collaborators and guests anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities:

• Design and set up a home studio for podcast and video recording (lighting, sound, etc.)
• Assist with selecting and setting up equipment for both in-studio and mobile shoots.
• Travel as needed to film interviews and content on location, ensuring a professional recording environment in any setting.
• Provide ongoing guidance for creating high-quality audio and video content, in studio and field recordings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with both studio setup and on-location content capture.
• Familiarity with podcast and video production tools.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for content shoots.
