The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Mobile App Developer (Flutter, Dart) to join our growing team. This is a lead role with high visibility and direct impact on our product, users, and business growth. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance our existing mobile apps.
• Develop new features that improve user experience and engagement.
• Build new apps from scratch, taking ideas from concept to production.
• Collaborate closely with Product Design, Backend Engineers, and the Leadership Team to drive innovation.
• Own app releases, track bugs, and optimize performance.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.

What We’re Looking For (Minimum Requirements)

• Experienced: 6+ years of mobile app development experience (iOS, Android, React Native, or Flutter)
• Flutter Expert: 3+ years of hands-on development with Flutter and Dart
• UI-Focused: Skilled in building pixel-perfect UI layouts
• Test-Driven: Strong experience writing and maintaining test cases
• Proactive: A self-starter with a bias for action and problem-solving mindset
• Strong in Architecture: Deep understanding of state management, runtime, and spacetime complexities
• Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing app releases and tracking bugs efficiently
• Code Reviewer: Comfortable reviewing and improving code for maintainability and scalability

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is a must.
• Must be able to work PST/PDT hours.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience will be considered in place of a degree.
