Location: Everett, WA (Field-Based / Mobile Care) Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt Compensation: $99,000 to $105,00 / year + Sign-On Bonus Schedule: 2x12-Hour Shifts (8:30 AM - 8:30 PM) | 5 Days Off Per Week

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to deliver high-quality acute medical care directly to patients. Reporting to the Senior Director of Care Operations, you will have the autonomy to assess, decide, and act, backed by a dedicated team of paramedics, nurses, and physicians.

- Deliver Care That Follows the Patient: Perform problem-focused assessments and deliver therapeutic interventions (e.g., IV fluids, wound care, splinting, medication administration) in the home. No charge nurse, no transfer delays. You assess and act
- Own the Care Plan: Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, EKGs, POCUS), and collaborate with referring clinicians to create holistic care plans that integrate patient goals and palliative principles
- Improve Outcomes That Matter: Participate in quality initiatives that have a measurable impact, helping us achieve our 49% reduction in readmissions and 97 NPS score
- Licensed Professional: You hold a current, unrestricted State license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Experienced Clinician: You have at least 2 years (or 3,600 hours) of experience in relevant high-acuity settings such as the Emergency Department (ED), Inpatient Medicine, or Post-Acute Care.
- EMS Background (Highly Desirable): Experience in EMS, particularly with IV access and field medication administration, is a huge plus.
- Adaptable: You thrive in fast-paced startup environments and have the ability to adapt your clinical skills to the unique needs of patients in their homes in diverse home settings.
- Certified: Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Mobile: You have a valid driver's license and the physical ability to carry equipment (up to 60 lbs) and navigate stairs.

- Flexibility is required for evenings, weekends, and holiday coverage to ensure our patients receive care when they need it most.
