The Opportunity: Spearhead a New Era of Care

Are you a strategic RN with a talent for navigating complex hospital systems? myLaurel is seeking a dynamic Clinical Liaison to lead the launch and growth of an innovative new service line within a prominent Everett-area hospital system.

In this role, you aren’t just reviewing charts—you are a brand ambassador and a strategic partner. You will bridge the gap between hospital leadership, medical staff, and patients to ensure a seamless transition to myLaurel’s high-acuity home care model. If you thrive on building relationships and driving operational success from the ground up, this is your next career move.

Comprehensive Benefits Package

  • Discretionary Time Off: True work-life balance (eligible after 90 days).
  • Health Insurance: Choice of 6 Aetna Medical Plans (effective after 1 month).
  • Dental & Vision Coverage.
  • Retirement: 401(k) Plan.
  • Tech Provided: Company-provided laptop and accessories

A Typical Day in the Life

  • Daily Integration: Attend hospital "round huddles" to identify high-risk patients who would benefit from acute care at home.
  • Program Performance: Collaborate with Client Success to support program performance aligned with the hospital's clinical quality, readmission reduction, and throughput objectives
  • Patient Advocacy: Educate patients and caregivers on the myLaurel program, ensuring a smooth transition and clear expectations for home visits.
  • Patient Identification: Conduct census and chart reviews to identify patients who meet clinical criteria for the acute care at home program, supporting appropriate care transitions in coordination with hospital care teams
  • Provider Engagement: Serve as the clinical expert, educating hospital staff and providers on program benefits and outcomes

What You Bring To The Team

  • Licensure: Current and unrestricted RN License in Washington State (or Compact State).
  • Clinical Edge: Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in an Inpatient or Emergency Department setting.
  • Project Success: A proven track record of launching or scaling new healthcare services or programs.
  • Navigation Skills: EHR proficiency and the ability to navigate complex care systems and hospital workflows.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence hospital leadership and medical staff.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or a related healthcare field is required

About MyLaurel

myLaurel was founded on the belief that a meaningful portion of hospital care can—and should—be delivered in the comfort of home. As a tech-enabled medical group, we provide on-demand acute and transitional care to frail, elderly, or medically complex patients at home—helping them avoid the traditional pathway of ambulance, emergency department, hospital admission, and post-acute facility care.

Health systems, payers, and provider groups partner with myLaurel to reduce avoidable utilization, lower readmission rates, accelerate throughput, and improve the patient experience—all while maintaining the highest standards of clinical quality and safety. We stand behind our outcomes by putting our fees at risk, demonstrating both accountability and confidence in the results we deliver.

Care is delivered through a physician-led model that combines virtual oversight with in-home clinicians, advanced technology, diagnostics, and therapies. For high-risk populations, myLaurel achieves 33% lower ED utilization, a 49% absolute reduction in readmissions, and an average of 15 bed-days saved daily - alongside a Net Promoter Score of 97.

Recognized for innovation and industry leadership, myLaurel has been named to Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies and the New York Digital Health 100. The company is headquartered in New York City.
