Acute Care NP/PA – Advanced Field Clinician (Acute Care at Home)

Location: Everett, Washington (Field-Based / Snohomish County)

Compensation: $75,000 – $82,500 Annual Salary (Part-Time / Exempt)

Sign-On Bonus: Generous Sign-on Bonus available

Schedule: 24+ Hours Per Week (Minimum 3 days) | Including rotating weekends/holidays

In this salaried, exempt role, you are a mobile clinical leader. Partnered with an on-site Paramedic or EMT, you will deliver sophisticated, high-acuity medical interventions directly to patients—providing a high-quality, evidence-based alternative to inpatient hospitalization.

Core Responsibilities

  • High-Acuity Intervention: Deliver Acute Care at Home™ services to complex patients within the Everett/Snohomish County area.
  • Team Leadership: Direct on-site Paramedics/EMTs to perform advanced bedside diagnostics and treatments.
  • Advanced Diagnostics: Order and interpret rapid labs and portable imaging to manage multi-morbid patients in real-time.
  • Clinical Excellence: Manage patients with acute medical needs using evidence-based protocols and real-time EMR documentation.

Qualifications

  • Licensure: Active Washington State ARNP or PA-C license.
  • Experience: 2+ years in Emergency Medicine, Hospitalist, or Urgent Care (Required).
  • Certifications: Board Certification and active DEA registration.
  • Mobility: Valid driver’s license and a passion for sophisticated, field-based clinical work.
