Location: Everett, Washington (Field-Based / Snohomish County)
Compensation: $75,000 – $82,500 Annual Salary (Part-Time / Exempt)
Sign-On Bonus: Generous Sign-on Bonus available

- Advanced Diagnostics: Order and interpret rapid labs and portable imaging to manage multi-morbid patients in real-time.
- Clinical Excellence: Manage patients with acute medical needs using evidence-based protocols and real-time EMR documentation.
- Licensure: Active Washington State ARNP or PA-C license.
- Experience: 2+ years in Emergency Medicine, Hospitalist, or Urgent Care (Required).
- Certifications: Board Certification and active DEA registration.
- Mobility: Valid driver’s license and a passion for sophisticated, field-based clinical work.
