About the Role
We’re hiring a Nurse Practitioner to provide urgent, high-acuity care for Brooklyn-based patients—directly in their homes. You’ll work solo (but supported), drive a fully stocked company vehicle, and make the kind of difference most jobs only talk about.
This is NOT your typical NP gig. Think: urgent care meets house calls—with the autonomy and flexibility to practice at the top of your license.
What You’ll Do
Perform in-home clinical assessments and focused exams
Administer treatments (IV fluids, wound care, splinting, injections)
Order/interp. labs, EKGs, and bedside diagnostics (e.g., POCUS)
Educate and empower patients/caregivers
Coordinate care across teams and contribute to care planning
Practice with a palliative and patient-centered lens
Who You Are
Licensed NY Nurse Practitioner with BLS (ACLS a plus)
2+ years experience in urgent care, ED, hospital medicine, or similar
You thrive independently and stay calm in the unexpected
You’re passionate about delivering care where it matters most—at home
You’re flexible and available for evenings/weekends/holidays
