Lynk seeks a friendly, welcoming, highly organized, and responsible Receptionist to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to coworkers. They should be able to multitask and keep the office organized and running smoothly.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming emails and other correspondence.
- Answer phone inquiries and provide basic company information.
- Perform clerical duties, maintain files, and organize documents.
- Monitor the front desk and comply with all security procedures for visitors.
- Assist in planning company events, meetings, luncheons, and employee team-building activities.
- Make travel arrangements for the team.
- Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers.
- Purchase, track, and invoice office and breakroom supplies.
- Set up, break down, organize, and maintain conference/meeting rooms and breakrooms.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior experience handling office responsibilities, experience in customer service, or related field.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment.
