We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused HR professional to support the Talent Team in delivering seamless day-to-day HR support for India. This role will serve as a key partner in managing operational HR processes, employee lifecycle activities, reporting, and frontline employee support, while also assisting managers and the Talent Partner on performance management and employee relations matters.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. They should be comfortable handling a broad range of HR responsibilities—from employee queries and reporting to supporting performance conversations and people processes—with professionalism, sound judgment, and confidentiality.

While this role is operational in nature, we are looking for someone who is thoughtful, brings ideas forward, and is comfortable sharing perspectives and recommendations to improve processes and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, processes, benefits, and day-to-day people matters

  • Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, induction, probation, internal movements, documentation, and employee exits

  • Share confidential employee data with relevant teams for insurance enrollments.

  • Build and maintain HR dashboards, trackers, and reports using advanced Excel / spreadsheets

  • Prepare presentations, employee communication decks, and reports for stakeholders.

  • Support managers and the Talent Partner in managing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), including documentation, milestone tracking, and follow-ups

  • Review manager-drafted feedback and documentation for clarity, objectivity, and professionalism

  • Draft or support drafting of formal employee communications including warning letters and performance-related documentation

  • Assist in employee relations processes including performance concerns, disciplinary matters, and managed exits

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, learning programs, and HR-led people initiatives

  • Identify operational gaps and suggest practical process improvements

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 4–5 years of HR experience in HR Operations, HR Business Partnering, Employee Experience, or similar people-facing HR roles

  • Experience supporting an employee population of 300–400+ employees

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint

  • Exposure to performance management processes including PIPs and employee relations support

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment

  • Being multilingual is an added advantage
