Description:

We are looking for an End-to-End Solutions Engineer who understands and has the knowledge or experience to support the entire process of cloud-based video production, broadcasting, and distribution. This role is an integral part of the team, and requires in-person work on a non-traditional work schedule that includes many nights and weekends. We are looking for someone who has 1-3 years of experience in similar roles.

Primary Responsibilities:

Customer Management

• Collect/select/coordinate requests through communication with partner
• Technical Support for End Users

Overall Facilitator

• Provide specific application procedures for customer requests to relevant departments within the company and share the results efficiently
• Create/distribute digital documents and pages for requested events
• Assist in managing the day-to-day operational functions of the project team, including preparing for ongoing meetings with partners/customers and meeting minutes, reporting processes, roles and information flow
• Supports analysis and improvement of work processes, design of new features, testing, distribution and implementation of solutions
• Manage communication between each project stakeholder and with other business units within the company

Engineering

• Create and distribute event pages
• Pre-configuration/production of systems for streaming and configuration and operation of on-site and cloud systems
• Field system configuration and pre-testing required for streaming
• Operation and technical support of our cloud solutions

Desirable Qualifications:

• Communication skills to convey messages clearly and effectively
• General technical understanding of IP networks and general understanding of digital media solutions (video, audio)
• Possess technical knowledge required for video and audio production, encoding and transmission, transmission protocols, content delivery networks (CDNs), content management systems (CMS), and video transmission
• Experience with broadcast operation tools (e.g. vMix)
• Capable of editing video/audio. Skilled in operating product lines such as Adobe Creative and other video, audio and graphic software
• Ability to work nights and weekends

Desirable Qualifications:

• 명확하고 효과적으로 메세지를 전달할 수 있는 의사소통 능력
• IP 네트웍에 대한 전반적인 기술 이해와 디지털 미디어 솔루션(비디오, 오디오)에 대한 전반적인 이해
• 비디오 및 오디오 제작, 인코딩 및 전송, 전송 프로토콜, 콘텐츠 전달 네트워크(CDN), 콘텐츠 관리 시스템(CMS), 비디오 전송에 필요한 기술 지식 보유
• 방송 운영 Tool (예, vMix)에 대한 경험
• 비디오/오디오 편집 가능. Adobe Creative 등과 같은 제품군과 기타 비디오, 오디오 및 그래픽 소프트웨어 운영 기술 보유
