About the Role

You’ll play a key role in driving Kashable’s customer activation, acquisition and retention. We’re looking for someone who combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution in B2C paid media.

Partnering closely with the Director of Digital Marketing you’ll help shape and build our campaign strategy with a focus on audience targeting. You’ll also conceive and test bold creative that leverages new concepts and ad formats while applying statistical rigor to evaluate our creative portfolio.

You’ll contribute across the broader growth portfolio by bringing ideas, insights and a strong point of view on what’s working and where we should allocate budget and resources. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build, launch and optimize campaigns primarily across Paid Search and Paid Social channels
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, make data-driven optimizations and contribute insights to inform campaign and budget decisions
  • Support testing initiatives across targeting, creative, and messaging to improve performance
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop effective, on-brand marketing assets

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Hands-on experience managing at least one advertising platform (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager or LinkedIn Ads) and one measurement platform (e.g. Google Analytics).
  • Innovative and systems-based mindset with strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering results.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present information confidently in a cogent and concise manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in FinTech or other regulated industries
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, reporting and creative iteration
  • Working knowledge of core statistical concepts and data interpretation techniques used in performance marketing

Work Location

This is a hybrid position based in our New York City office.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, consulting, finance, engineering or related field with strong exposure to data-driven problem solving.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

The pay range for this position is $65,000 to $95,000 annually. Actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications and job related skills. We welcome all qualified candidates who are currently eligible to work full-time in the United States to apply.
