About the Role
You’ll play a key role in driving Kashable’s customer activation, acquisition and retention. You’ll begin owning the execution and performance of one paid media channel and as you demonstrate results expand your scope into broader strategic decision-making and greater channel ownership. We’re looking for someone who combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution in B2C paid media.
Partnering closely with the Director of Digital Marketing you’ll help shape and build our campaign strategy with a focus on audience targeting, conceiving and testing bold creative that leverages new concepts and ad formats while applying statistical rigor to evaluate our creative portfolio.
You’ll contribute across the broader growth portfolio by bringing ideas, insights and a strong point of view on what’s working and where we should allocate budget and resources. Duties & Responsibilities
- Build and launch campaigns support Kashable’s growth across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Display channels as Kashable increases its total addressable Market (TAM)
- Leverage multiple data streams to optimize and drive campaign performance
- Proactively surface and present insights and recommendations to drive business growth
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce innovative and engaging content that resonates with our customer base and aligns with brand standards, regulatory guidelines and performance objectives
Required Skills & Abilities
- 5–10 years of experience in B2C or B2B Product Led Growth (PLG) direct response marketing or related roles, preferably within FinTech or a regulated industry.
- Hands-on experience managing at least one advertising platform (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager or LinkedIn Ads) and one measurement platform (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present information confidently in a cogent and concise manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Innovative and systems-based mindset with strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering results.
Nice to Have
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, reporting and creative iteration.
- Working knowledge of core statistical concepts and data interpretation techniques used in performance marketing.
Work Location
This is a hybrid position based in our New York City office.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B or B2C Growth Marketing or related roles, preferably within FinTech or a regulated industry.

The pay range for this position is $75,000 to $150,000 annually. Actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications and job-related skills. We welcome all qualified candidates who are currently eligible to work full-time in the United States to apply.
