About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Growth Performance Marketer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns to drive measurable demand, revenue, and brand awareness. Your strong attention to detail and project management skills will help drive the success of our initiatives and contribute to our overall marketing goals.
As you build proficiency you will take increasing ownership of a defined acquisition channel, including performance optimization and strategic input into growth planning. The ideal candidate has an understanding of key marketing and direct response concepts along with hands-on experience executing paid media campaigns and a desire to grow into deeper channel responsibility.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the development, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Display channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare detailed reports to assess effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
- Build, manage, and update audience files to support precise campaign targeting,
- Partner with internal teams to conduct campaign and platform audits, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Proactively identify insights and deliver data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign efficiency, performance, and scalability.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce engaging and high-quality marketing materials.
- Ensure all materials align with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and established performance objectives.
- Monitor and maintain ad platform configurations, recommendations, product updates, and tracking integrity to ensure optimal performance.
- Support vendor relationship management, including coordination, communication, and performance oversight.
- Partner with Engineering to troubleshoot platform issues and implement tracking and system updates.
- Assist in coordinating marketing projects to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to budget parameters.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, and key deliverables across marketing initiatives.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices.
- Conduct competitive analysis and deliver actionable insights to strengthen campaign strategy and performance.
Required Skills & Abilities
- Hands-on experience managing at least one advertising platform (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager or LinkedIn Ads) and one measurement platform (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present information confidently in a cogent and concise manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering results
Nice to Have
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, reporting and creative iteration.
- Working knowledge of core statistical concepts and data interpretation techniques used in performance marketing.
Work Location
This is a hybrid position based in our New York City office.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B or B2C Growth Marketing or related roles, preferably within FinTech or a regulated industry.

The pay range for this position is $75,000 to $150,000 annually. Actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications and job related skills. We welcome all qualified candidates who are currently eligible to work full-time in the United States to apply.
