The Revenue Sales & Strategy Manager will report to our Co-Founder and Co-CEO and will be responsible for empowering our B2B sales team by providing the tools, training, content, and support necessary to effectively engage both new prospects and existing clients. This role is central to ensuring our sales organization is equipped to deliver value at every stage of the buyer’s journey.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with leaders in sales, marketing, product, and customer success to develop and maintain a consistent, high-performing sales motion. By driving best-in-class onboarding, training, and AI enablement initiatives, this role will play a pivotal part in enhancing sales productivity, accelerating revenue growth, and aligning sales performance with broader organizational goals.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding and training programs for sales hires to ensure rapid ramp-up, product knowledge, and consultative selling skills.
- Partner with Sales leadership, Marketing, Product, and GTM teams to create and maintain high-impact enablement content (playbooks, talk tracks, competitive insights, onboarding guides).
- Manage centralized sales resources and implement tools to improve efficiency, accessibility, and program effectiveness.
- Analyze and optimize sales processes, CRM workflows, and workflows automation,
- Pipeline management to improve efficiency and conversion.
- Enable AI tools, automation and processes, and best practices to support prospecting, presentations, and proposals.
- Provide insights on sales KPIs (time-to-ramp, quota attainment, win/loss rates, content usage) to identify roadblocks and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales Ops and Finance to build dashboards, track performance, and support forecasting, annual planning, and business reviews.
- Drive strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives by creating detailed project plans, managing milestones, and ensuring alignment across teams.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive intelligence to inform enablement strategies and sales positioning.
Required Skills & Technical Proficiencies:
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot, including pipeline forecasting, data hygiene, and customer lifecycle tracking.
- Experience with sales enablement and lead enrichment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zywave miEdge) for prospecting and targeting.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Claude for scenario planning, financial modeling, and executive reporting.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot Marketing Hub) and customer success platforms to support end-to-end lifecycle alignment.
- Demonstrated ability to support high-performing teams, foster collaboration, and build capability through coaching and mentorship.
- Effective communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present complex concepts and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Strong business acumen with distinctive problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Experienced in applying structured approaches to solve unique and complex business challenges.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with BI tools (such as: Tableau, Looker or Power BI) and SQL for data extraction and analysis; familiarity with Python preferred for automation and advanced analytics.
- Knowledge of revenue and finance tools ( such as: Clari, Anaplan) to support forecasting, planning, and integration.
Education and Experience:
- B.A. in Marketing, Business or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- 5–7 years of sales enablement, operations, or revenue strategy experience — or relevant operational experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or business insights/analytics roles.
- Demonstrated experience applying multiple sales methodologies (certifications in SPICED, MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, or Sandler are a plus).
- Proven track record of driving measurable impact in sales productivity, enablement strategy, and cross-functional alignment.
- Demonstrated ability to support high-performing teams, foster collaboration, and build capability through coaching and mentorship.
- Effective communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present complex concepts and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Strong business acumen with distinctive problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Work Location:
- This is a hybrid position based in New York, NY, requiring candidates to be in the office 3 days per week.

The pay range for this position is $115,000 to $160,000 annually. The actual base salary will depend on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skill level. We welcome all qualified candidates who are currently eligible to work full-time in the United States to apply.
