The Role:
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in expanding Kashable’s employer partnerships by supporting the Head of Partnerships and Head of Sales. Your focus will be on building relationships with enterprise employers (3,000+ employees) and implementing targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to connect with HR, benefits, and wellbeing leaders in key industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, utilities, higher education and public sector. .

What You’ll Do:
- Strategic Prospecting: Partner with the Head of Partnerships and VP of Business Development to identify and target enterprise employers in Kashable’s key verticals.
- ABM Strategy Execution: Develop and execute customized multi-channel ABM strategies to engage prospective clients, leveraging email, phone, LinkedIn, and in-person networking.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with HR, benefits, retirement, and wellbeing leaders, positioning Kashable as a trusted financial wellness partner.
- Lead Generation: Initiate conversations with key decision-makers to secure meetings, grow Kashable’s client base, and extend our impact across diverse employee populations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in SaaS, insurance, voluntary benefits, or HR technology.
- Creativity: Proven ability to use innovative and creative strategies to connect with prospects.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with employee benefits, total rewards, retirement solutions, or financial wellbeing programs is a strong plus.
- Skills: Exceptional LinkedIn expertise, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-driven mindset.
- Ambition: A desire to set and achieve ambitious goals while contributing to a mission-driven organization.
- Location: Must reside in Nashville, Chicago, Boston, or New York.
