Role Overview:
Are you a seasoned business development leader with a passion for social impact and the drive to make a meaningful difference for working Americans? Join Kashable as a Senior Director of Business Development, where you’ll lead efforts to establish strategic partnerships with large companies and distribution partners across the country, helping expand access to employee financial wellness solutions.
As a Senior Director of Business Development, you will be instrumental in growing Kashable’s presence by forming strategic partnerships with large companies, benefits consultants, and key stakeholders in the HR and financial wellness ecosystems, including:
- CHROs and CFOs
- Employee Benefits Consultants
- Benefit Administration Platforms
- Retirement Recordkeepers
- Payroll Companies
- Wellness Providers
Your primary goal is to create and maintain strong distribution channels that extend Kashable’s reach and impact, ensuring that our benefits are widely accessible to employees of all backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Strategic Partnerships: Engage directly with large companies while developing robust partnerships with distribution channels within the HR and employee benefits landscape.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Communications, and PR to promote the unique advantages of Kashable, driving awareness among distribution partners and prospective clients alike.
- Seamless Implementation: Partner with Implementation and Account Management teams to ensure that new employer partners experience a smooth onboarding process, laying the foundation for strong employee engagement and consistent revenue generation.

Qualifications:
- Proven track record in business development and strategic partnership building, particularly within the HR and benefits industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and inspire collaboration within a mission-driven organization.
