Summary: We’re looking for a competitive, hard-working, and goal-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team.

As a full-cycle AE, you’ll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying prospects, managing prospects through the sales cycle, closing new customer relationships, and hitting your quota.

You will have the opportunity to truly contribute and help impact our company at a pivotal stage.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who loves to hunt, is skilled at guiding the prospect through the entire sales cycle, disciplined at walking away from stalled deals, not afraid to hold prospects accountable, and will ask for the sale.

Responsibilities:

  • Closing net new business with childcare centers with 4-25 locations
  • Consistently achieving quota assignment
  • Generating pipeline to support your revenue goals
  • Providing accurate forecasts to leadership
  • Keeping the CRM (HubSpot) squeaky clean
  • Generally being a great member of our team culture and always serving as a top-notch brand ambassador
  • Works in conjunction with other business services support groups, including sales and marketing personnel

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2 + years of proven full cycle selling
  • Prior experience selling a B2B SaaS product
    • Self-proclaimed hunter and the numbers to back it up
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas over time
    • Business acumen that leads to effective discovery and qualification of opportunities focused on the problems and the business impact of those problems
  • Negotiation and Objection handling skills
  • Must be able to build and deliver powerful client presentations
  • Become proficient with our technology offering, value proposition, and alignment of our product offering to the prospect’s needs.
  • Continually maintain industry knowledge, including changing market conditions and competitive landscape.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Must be able to ask for the sale and follow through
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills

Compensation:

  • Compensation
    • $150,000 OTE
    • Base comp of $70,000 - $80,000
