Job Title: Field Operations Specialist

Location: Lewisville, TX (suburb of Dallas, TX)

Job Summary

The Field Operations Specialist handles field events including live and recorded cases for the Immertec platform, and installations of audio/video equipment to support these events

Position Responsibilities

Field Operations & Technical Support

· Install & operationalize Immertec carts at locations domestically

· Communicate with facility staff for scheduling and room access

· Collaborate with facility staff to best fit into workflow for live and recorded events

· Setup, run and break-down equipment for live and recorded cases

· Coordinate and communicate with other key Immertec stakeholders

· Troubleshoot any technical issues with analytical approach to resolution

Travel Requirements

· Domestic and international travel may be required, including travel to hospitals, surgical centers, customer sites, conferences, and industry events

· Ability to travel as business needs dictate, including occasional evenings or weekends. Travel estimated at 50-75%.

Physical Demands & Travel

· Transport, load, and unload professional video and AV equipment, including hard-shell protective cases up to 70 lbs. per case.

Position Qualifications

· Professional in appearance and demeanor to all people regardless of title

· Analytical thinking to enable finding the best camera angles and customer experience for recording and live-streams, and troubleshooting potential issues

· Physically able to work with a wide range of audio & video equipment including regularly transporting heavy cases (up to 70 lbs. each) through airports in various seasons with potential temperature variations during all seasons of the year
