Immertec is looking for Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) to join our rapidly growing inside sales organization. Immertec was founded by a strong team of repeat entrepreneurs looking to expand their success into VR for the medical space.

Location:  Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Execute against established processes around weekly goals, rhythm and benchmarks for the Sales Development team
  • Understand Immertec’s Ideal Customer Profile and how to find prospects in ZoomInfo that align to ICP
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals with accurate forecasting
  • Hunter mentality with willingness to work with the SDR team as well as contribute to your individual pipeline development
  • Call on relevant medical specialties to promote and educate on our VR solution
  • Assess client needs and present suitable diagnostic solutions
  • Successfully develop and manage a territory plan that has you at or above targeted goals
  • Actively engage with company training, sales tools, and management
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record of sales success
  • Must be self-motivated, yet open to coaching
  • High energy and a passion for success is key
  • Adept at building and fostering accounts
  • Must have a high attention to detail
  • Be motivated on tackling daily tasks as well as achieving short and long-term goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com
  • Proficient in outbound automation process

Required:

  • 3 years inside sales/sales development management experience
  • 3 years+ inside sales/sales development experience with an IT SaaS or Medical SaaS Company
  • Consistent track record of quota achievement as individual contributor
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University/College
