Hatch Apps is backed by Morgan Stanley, Y Combinator, Revolution, AVG Funds, January Ventures, and several other prominent investors.

We're looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our team. The focus is on onboarding and working with partners in our ecosystem. You will report to our CEO, Param Jaggi.

The Partnerships Manager at Hatch Apps is the main point of contact for ecosystem partners. This includes integrations, distributors, VC funds, affiliates, and more. This role carries an annual quota of $500,000 in ARR revenue. This equates to about 200 customers per year. The Partnerships Manager makes a base salary and 10% of closed revenue.

  • Creating new partnerships for our ecosystem.
  • Meeting with existing partners once a quarter to cultivate the relationship and find new business strategies.
  • Exploring larger opportunities for distribution deals or bulk orders.
  • Working with the Marketing team to promote partnerships.
  • Working with the Engineering team to improve the platform based on integrations partnerships.
  • Identifying new business opportunities with the executive team.

  • 3+ years experience in a sales or partnerships role.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Suite, and Zoom.
  • Experience managing multiple work streams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills.
