Job Description

We are looking for a highly-energetic, driven professional to join our Sales team as a Business

Development Representative in our downtown Tampa office. Ideal candidates should be eager to

advance in our organization by demonstrating their ability to be tenacious self-starters every day.

  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in Harness products
  • Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling)
  • Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts
  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business
  • Solid Base Salary + Commission, 14 days Holidays, 7 Paid Days off

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience
  • Proven track record of success prospecting for new business
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Fluent level of English
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Motivation, drive, and a self-starting attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Ability to multitask, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CRM experience
  • Inside sales experience (software sales is a plus)
  • Experience selling to nonprofits
  • Experience being held to sales metrics
