Job Description
We are looking for a highly-energetic, driven professional to join our Sales team as a Business
Development Representative in our downtown Tampa office. Ideal candidates should be eager to
advance in our organization by demonstrating their ability to be tenacious self-starters every day.

- Partner with our experienced Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in Harness products
- Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling)
- Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts
- Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business
- Solid Base Salary + Commission, 14 days Holidays, 7 Paid Days off
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- Proven track record of success prospecting for new business
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Fluent level of English
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Motivation, drive, and a self-starting attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to multitask, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- CRM experience
- Inside sales experience (software sales is a plus)
- Experience selling to nonprofits
- Experience being held to sales metrics
