Job Description
Our Harness product teams are building innovative fundraising technology for nonprofits and banks that let them engage with customers and donors on a personal level. As the technical lead on the team, you will be responsible for the team building and delivering features that nonprofits and banks can use to raise and use their funds, tell their stories, and focus on their community. You will partner with the product manager to own the teams’ OKRs, product roadmap and technical vision, make architectural decisions and lead projects through the efforts of others on the team.
Qualifications
You Will:
- Lead a small sprint team of product engineers working on innovative financial products for banks and nonprofits
- Build full stack components that deliver the best customer experience possible
- Work with product, design and sales to ideate and solve customer problems
- Collaborate with other experienced developers, sharing best practices, reviewing code and growing with each other
You Have:
6+ Years of relevant experience designing, building and supporting consumer-facing web applications
Experience partnering with Product to deliver large multi-engineer initiatives
Passion for building products that are elegant and easy to use and immersing yourself in the customer experience
[Bonus] Experience working with financial systems or consumer-facing products
This position requires candidates are located and legally authorized to work in the United States. Starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experiences, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The current salary range for this position is $155,000-$210,000 USD per year.
