Position Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Position Summary: The Junior Manufacturing Engineer will support the team by focusing on CAD design, tool path generation, and process improvements in additive and subtractive machining. This role is ideal for a motivated early-career professional with a passion for digital technologies and a desire to grow within an innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
CAD and Tool Path Development:
- Create and refine CAD models for manufacturing applications.
- Generate and optimize tool paths for machining processes.
Support Process Improvements:
- Assist in identifying opportunities for efficiency gains in manufacturing.
- Contribute to the implementation of robotics and AI-driven solutions.
Collaboration and Learning:
- Work alongside senior engineers to gain hands-on experience.
- Participate in training and professional development activities.
Quality and Compliance:
- Support quality control efforts by ensuring design and process standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing or related disciplines.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., NX, Rhino, SolidWorks, Fusion 360) and CAM tools (e.g., AiBuild, Adaxis, Mastercam, NXCAM).
- Basic understanding of robotics and AI concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for technology.
Both roles involve working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to equipment, noise, and varying temperatures. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in designated areas.
Compensation and Benefits:- Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
- Mfg Engineer: $75,000-$,95,000 annual compensation, inclusive of bonus.
- Candidates must be willing to relocate to the St. Petersburg area. A relocation stipend will be provided if necessary.
