The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Finance to lead our financial operations and strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, preferably in the FinTech or payments sector, and a passion for innovative financial solutions. Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy & Planning: ○ Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals. ○ Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to guide business decisions. ○ Assist Sales team size potential deal opportunities ○ Assist Product team size potential product expansion opportunities
2. Financial Operations: ○ Manage day-to-day financial operations, including managing outsourced accounting resources ○ Maintain and write Metabase queries to help Customer Support team identify problems and produce solutions
3. Reporting & Analysis: ○ Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for leadership team and board members. ○ Analyze financial data to identify trends, forecast future needs, and support strategic decisions. ○ Present quarterly to board members (investors and other stakeholders) ○ Write monthly investor updates
4. Team Leadership: ○ Collaborate with other departments to achieve financial and business objectives. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; a Master’s degree or CPA is preferred. ● Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role, with experience in the FinTech or payments industry highly desirable. ● Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements. ● Proficient in SQL preferred and advanced Excel and PowerPoint/Google Slides skills ● Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
