We’re looking for a Revenue Engineer to drive top of funnel demand for mid to Enterprise global eCommerce Brands. We are looking for a builder that can help us productize our growth engine. You know the rapidly evolving growth tech stack (Clay, HubSpot, SalesForce, 6Sense, email server farm, et al) and have proven revenue impact in high growth tech companies selling to businesses. We need a hacker that can build and scale the systems, data flows, and automation to drive our revenue engine. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, revOps, and data engineering, and is critical to optimizing how we acquire and grow mid-market and enterprise Brand customers.

You’ll design and implement a smart growth stack that includes intelligent segmentation, highly personalized communication, A/B content testing and dashboards to highlight the yield.

Key Responsibilities

  • Know our target audience: become a fellow expert on mid-Enterprise Brands so you deeply understand who our customers are you want to attract.
  • Architect and manage a growth stack. At a minimum, we need a super smart database of Brands, ideally including intent, that can be leveraged for outreach and engagement that is AI-smart (testing and learning). Current assets in-house are HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach and Redshift.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Data Science, and Product to operationalize insights and scale GTM experiments.
  • Own GTM data pipelines and integrations, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and performance across systems.
  • Develop dashboards and feedback loops for leadership visibility into funnel efficiency, content performance, and yield metrics.
  • Evaluate and implement new GTM technologies – AI is evolving everyday. Lets harness it and grow through experimentation.
  • Mentor and lead small cross-functional pods executing GTM automation and experimentation.

Success in This Role Means

  • Clear, automated feedback loops between GTM activities and revenue outcomes.
  • Continuous A/B testing and optimization driving measurable improvements in conversion and customer yield.
  • A scalable tech foundation enabling faster experimentation and smarter growth decisions.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Growth Hacker, Revenue Engineering or RevOps within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with HubSpot and Salesforce and Clay (data models, APIs, workflows, and custom integrations).
  • Experience working with Redshift.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and statistical significance measurement.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Python, or JavaScript for data manipulation and light automation.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills — ability to translate technical systems into business impact.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on experimentation, measurement, and continuous optimization.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience in a scrappy high-growth Revenue or RevOps team.
  • Exposure to shipping, logistics, or ecommerce a plus.

This role is 100% remote, however we are only open to US, Canada or India candidates at this time.
