About the Position
The contractor will support FrontierView's macroeconomic research team, providing support with research, analysis, and content preparation for a number of topics relating to political and macroeconomic trends across Latin America. The contractor will also have the opportunity to attend virtual calls and meetings with clients, while participating in training and coaching sessions.
• Contract from July to December with the opportunity to extend
• Remote work, with the possibility of attending events in person
• 30 per week (flexible hours)
About FrontierView’s Global Research Team
The contractor will be part of FrontierView’s global research team. The global research team produces all syndicated content for FrontierView’s client base of several thousand senior executives at multinational organizations. The team combines regional knowledge, macroeconomic and political insights, and business acumen to provide impactful analysis, forecasts, and executional advice for a senior executive audience. They work in close collaboration with the commercial team in supporting FrontierView’s growth strategy and ongoing client relationships.
About You
We’re looking for a researcher with strong qualitative and quantitative skills, and an interest in learning more economic, political, and business trends across Latin America.Strong research skills, independence, and ability to prioritize tasks will be key for this role.

What To Expect in This Position

  • Monitoring and analyzing economic, political, and business trends across LATAM markets
  • Reviewing and analyzing macroeconomic indicators across a broad range of countries
  • Writing research deliverables that are concise and impactful for a senior executive audience

What Sets You Apart

  • Undergraduate degree in International Relations, Administration, Economics, other related areas
  • Fluency in Spanish required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Intermediary English
  • Knowledge of macroeconomic fundamentals
  • Strong research capabilities and ability to find, organize, and critically evaluate information from a range of local and international sources
  • Good communication, organization, discipline, sense of urgency and commitment
  • Curiosity and ability to cover a variety of topics and issues, including unfamiliar ones
