About the Position
The contractor will support the Colombia health research team at FrontierView, assisting with research, analysis, and preparation of materials for a series of projects within the healthcare field. They will have the opportunity to attend virtual calls and meetings with clients, participate in training sessions and coaching. One of the main focuses of the work will be the analysis of trends within private entities in health, such as hospital groups and laboratories in Colombia, with implications of the data directed towards international decision-makers as well as those located in Colombia. In addition, there are opportunities to analyze public data from key institutions in the public health sector.
About FrontierView’s Global Research Team
The contractor will be part of FrontierView’s global research team. The global research team produces all syndicated content for FrontierView’s client base of several thousand senior executives at multinational organizations. The team combines regional knowledge, macroeconomic and political insights, and business acumen to provide impactful analysis, forecasts, and executional advice for a senior executive audience. Our healthcare research teams support the world’s largest HC multinationals in market access, reimbursement, funding, and market analysis. Our strategic insights serve to facilitate the market access process for innovative solutions that help improve people's lives. The team works in close collaboration with the commercial team in supporting FrontierView’s growth strategy and ongoing client relationships.
About You
We are looking for candidates with strong research skills, a solid understanding of Colombia, and an interest in getting deeper knowledge in the healthcare sector.
What To Expect In This Position
- Collecting and analyzing data, news, and policies in the Colombia healthcare space
- Writing research deliverables
- Putting together materials in powerpoint format
- Working on joint analysis with our healthcare research team
What Sets You Apart
- No previous experience in the healthcare sector is required, but preference will be given to individuals interested in learning about the healthcare sector and the role of the private sector in this industry.
- Attending higher education - International Relations, Administration, Economics, or other related fields
- Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Intermediate English
- Knowledge of macroeconomic fundamentals
- Strong research skills
- Good communication, organization, discipline, a sense of urgency, and commitment
- Ability to work relatively independently
