The Opportunity (Prefer candidates located in NY, TX, or CO)
This is not a traditional sales role.
We are seeking a highly accomplished, relationship-driven sales professional with a demonstrated history of closing high-value deals and building trust with discerning clientele. As a Regional Membership Director, you will represent one of the most exclusive offerings in luxury travel and engage directly with qualified high-net-worth prospects.
This role is designed for individuals who consistently perform at the top of their peer group and are motivated by competition, access, and uncapped earning potential.
Success requires equal parts business acumen, emotional intelligence, and competitive drive.
What You’ll Do
- Cultivate and convert a pipeline of qualified high-net-worth prospects
- Lead sophisticated, consultative sales conversations centered on lifestyle, legacy, and experience
- Deliver a highly personalized, best-in-class sales experience from first interaction through close
- Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Build long-term relationships that extend beyond the initial transaction
- Drive membership upgrades, renewals, and referrals within your network
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline through both company-generated and self-sourced opportunities
- Deliver presentations across in-person, virtual, and small-group environments
- Maintain a high level of activity, ownership, and accountability across all stages of the sales cycle
- Travel regularly within your market to cultivate relationships and close business
Who You Are
- A top 5–10% performer with a verifiable track record of exceeding quota
- Experienced in high-ticket, relationship-driven sales ($50K+ transactions preferred)
- Proven success engaging affluent or ultra-high-net-worth clientele
- Exceptionally polished, credible, and confident in high-stakes conversations
- Highly disciplined in pipeline management, forecasting, and closing execution
- Skilled at navigating complex, multi-stakeholder decision processes
- Energized by a competitive, performance-driven environment
- Willing and able to engage clients during evenings and weekends as needed

Compensation & Performance
This role offers a competitive base salary, a structured ramp period with a 1-year commission guarantee during training, and uncapped commission.
First-year on-target earnings are achievable for those who meet performance expectations; however, this role is best suited for individuals motivated by uncapped upside and long-term earning potential, not guaranteed income.
Top performers consistently earn at the highest levels within the luxury sales industry and are recognized through both financial rewards and exclusive travel experiences within the Club’s portfolio of residences.
